i read your comment and have decided to remove the post.
My intention on sharing it is that I am proud of the program I created utilizing solutions focus with a group of 95 lawyers. I felt others in the community would like to read about an experiential way that I guided a large group through a solutions process, to develop their future steps for change within the organization.
I agree the "marketing" language was strong...perhaps too strong.
My goals on sol-world are to learn, share and add to the content & learning that takes place. If I have violated some "norm" of sol-world it was not done intentially.
The motivation is just to share. Plus the people on this site are not likely to buy or hire me. So the idea of marketing here is just silly.
The intention was to share.

Yes, I agree very much with your comments - how affirmation is better if its more specific and "grounded". In terms of quality of affirmation I'd say this is about 4 on the scale - but I still like the idea..... and it does seem to work really well in its context!!

I just read a nice acronym for "agile" on the training-ideas yahoo group. I thought it might interest you!
It's a posting from Vic Williams:

For /me/ a process or project is "Agile" if it exhibits a certain set of what I consider to be "key characteristics" of Agility:

* (A)DAPTIVE: adapting/responding to change rather than predictive/plan-driven

* (G)OAL-VALUE-DRIVEN: focus is on tangible working end-results that

* (I)TERATIVE/INCREMENTAL: work in short feedback & learning loops at multiple levels of scale (e.g., task/implementation, team/integration, iteration, and release)

it is very nice to hear from you. I would be pleased to follow your contributions at List, although I prefer the "ning-thing" as I found it to be more personal.
Anyway, I can understad that it could be less confortable due its wideness and not easy logic of following news. I hope it will stettle down in short time.
I think people will join groups related to mainstreem topic to work together, and specific issues will be discussed in blogs. Anyway, the beginnings are allways connected with lot of rumour, so it is not too helpfull to create rules of using... Maybe in future the amount of groups will be reduced spontaneously - simply for the lack of contributors and/or followers, the same way as new group are now created.
As I can see, lot of people joined not only one group, so I suppose they will point out if some discussion will be common to more groups, what could support easier orientation on this site.
Thank you for your offer to arrange a call on e-learning. I am affraid it could be not too convient for you, as for me it is easier to follow written communication then spoken one, anyway it is possible to do. Or, perhaps using of ICQ could help? If you are interested, I'll send you my number.

I was really impressed by your investigations on trivial and non-trivial systems. May I ask you if you are going to start any agility-related discussion or blog?
I'd be pleased to join in, as I am interested in mutual contributions of system theories and the SF approach.
And haven't you heard about anybody experienced in e-learning or e-development? If so, please let me know, I really wonder, how does it work. Thank you.
