About your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others):
I'm still especially fascinated by SF learning designs - at different learning topics!!
I'm also intensively searching for SF ways of using games -- is it possible to take the players for experts and not just instruct them? huh!

can you please create with me the youtubevideo which inspires us to take more selfinitiative?

i was inspired by the idea of how to create an organisation, where structure supports and not disturbs selfresponsibility

maybe it's a good way of creating change in complex systems to do a specific act of "goodness" and hope for uncountable but useful impact. And if so: hit and trust (as Jenny inspired the change of wording from hit and run: not less intens and dynamic, i would say!)

compearble to me with the SF principle of if something doesn't wor… Continue

Dear Kati, I'm very much looking forward to stepping on that island again - it was a stop-over when we got there on our itw boat trip - and to experiencing how the wind and the sea empower meaningful meetings and encouraging solutions. warmest greetings Armin

Hi Katalin, thanks for your comment! I love the cartoons. You seem to have a lovely playful attitude! I also love your comment about games in your 'about you' section and I shall have a think about that.

So far in India I have met with 2 business leaders and am preparing a proprosal for them. I'm also exploring other areas, particularly women in business in India which is area that I can see as growing, due to the culture change that is occurring. Very interesting times ahead here!
