Hi all,
might be of interest to some of you. I recently applied sf principles and tools during an operations assessment in a telecoms operations centre in India. I have written up this report as part of the the SF professional certification. Our final training session with Mark McKergow and Jenny Clarke is on January 16 2009 in London.

In the meantime i am keen to connect to anyone who has applied or is interested in applying SF tools in the Telecom or IT industry.

Wishing all SF ning members a happy 2009!

Hello all,
Solutions focused leadership seems even more appropriate now with the economic challenges the world is working through. I wonder if marketing the need to help leaders (and their teams) focus on solutions when the fear is so likely to push people into rigid and uncreative stances?
Any thoughts?

Hello all,

I'm excited that we're keeping the leadership development piece going. I've already used some of the ideas I learned during my Open Space gathering. Thank you to all that attended!

Bob
