About your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others):
I work as an Activist Turnaround Manager constantly learning to play several roles ('hats') such as psychologist, information manager, leader, designated truth-teller, change agent, accountability nag and lightning rod. Integrating solution-focused thinking will certainly help me during the realization process and enhance the process of becoming a person.
