Here is a very interesting case study from IBM with a lot of aspects fitting quite good to SF:

How would it be to invite the author (Prof. Dück) to the SOL at Exel??

Thank you, Stephanie. For me this will be very interesting as well.

Hi, thanks for opening up this group. Ever since I was experiencing a solutionfocused managed project: The SOL 05 in Interlaken, I am interested and curious in what works! So we might find our more.
I was asking Kirsten a question last week when she was in Basel: If you could add a chapter to the article we wrote about SF project management in 05, after the experience of organizing SOL08; what would it be?
Maybe Kirsten you could tell them what your answer was?
bye and to great insights!

Hi and thanks for starting this group. I'm here 'cos i'm fascinated by the consequent using of SF in project management. My experiences are from a project member perspective, from a reflecting position, as from a project-owner perspective so far. I like the description of this group “Let’s find out how this works” and this is the biggest clue so far: the attitude of exploring what works and keeping what works (and letting go, what not) makes generalisation about SF PM for me so difficult… I’m great curious

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
