- About your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others):
- I studied Psychology and learned a lot by the jobs I did beside.
(Postman, Cook and Service ;-)) I got in touch with Psychoanalytic ideas,
Psychodrama, Transaktional Analyse, Systemic Work, Group Dynamic ...
In 1994 I finally found what I was looking for. I met Steve and Insoo for a first
two weeks training (wow, what a wonderful clearing brain wash ) Coming back to my office
as an internal HR-expert I reworked all my concepts to use the SF approach. Since 1999 we are running our consulting and training company. Using the SF approach makes sense in all our projects, talking about it not.
