great 59 minutes excercises.... a good introduction to working with scrum. Also because the excercises have nothing to do with programming. Now I'm looking for material to 'translate' these concepts to project-work outside IT;
So, a lot of times, there won't be a project team that is fully committed; instead, the project team will consist of people in regular jobs that have a project as a special assignment next to their usual tasks. Or people work in different projects at the same time. It's not very easy to get accross in these cases, the difference in working style between projects and 'normal' work. I'm wondering if the swift, fresh, agile approach of scrum would provide concepts that would make it more appealing and understandable for those people to integrate (agile) project work into their working life. Do you have any thoughts on that?
Did you succeed in starting your account up again? I did not manage to delete my second account. I work on two computers, my private and my workcomputer. Both with different e mail adresses. I use the account on my private computer. My second account became activated when I tried to log in on my private account. I think I have to delete my second account on my work computer, but I donot want to take the risk to lose the wrong account again. My second account is not active. If you have the courage to experiment with deleting you account??? I'll try it later when I am not to busy and I can take the time to take the right steps. So if you try... succes and please tell me!
