About your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others):
I work as a coach, trainer & consultant at Ilfaro which I founded together with Liselotte Baeijaert in 2007. We do teambuildings, coachings and give trainings on various topics: SF coaching, leadership, resilience, SF rating and dealing with conflict.
I have a background in Philosophy (MA University of Leuven) and History of thought (MA) and followed the 4 year training in Solution Focused Brief Systemic Therapy at the Korzybski Institute in Bruges. There I was trained by Dr. Luc Isebaert, Louis Cauffman and Dr. Myriam Le Fevere de ten Hove.

Quote of last month

Nachdenken verlangt Zeit, Entscheiden verlangt Mut.

TIP for trainers:
On the SFBTA website you can download the Instructor's Resource Manual and the Learner's Workbook for "Interviewing for Solutions". Very useful exercises ... and it's for free!

Hoi Anton,

Hartelijke groeten,

Hannes

Hi Anton,
It was so nice being in the box and thinking out of the box. Wonderful experience. Inspirerend.

Bedankt!

Hallo Anton,
you are too kind but thanks for the compliments. It reassures me even more in the conviction that a positive, creative solution focussed life is giving more energy to the people I met.
And to your SOL friends I want to confirm that I am open for communication about SOL at school.
Thank you!
Stefaan.
