- About your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others):
- My first contact with SF ideas was through the booklet of Fletcher Peacock: I read it and I liked it. Two years ago I met Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd. I was stunned and felt a huge relief at the same time: they actually agreed to allow miracles! Could this be true? That means that I am no longer the ugly duckling? YES! At the EFTA conference in Bruges I could breathe even more SF air... I love it!
My motto - and what I do - is: turning opportunities into win-win-win solutions.
I work as personal coach for individuals and groups. I facilitate change processes and intervisions in groups and organizations. I facilitate systemic structural constellations. I cooperate either with clients, or with collegues, for the time of a project.
I'm mom of a 16 year old daughter and a 15 year old son. I'm partner of a loving and supportive 'houseman'.
