I love Solutions Focus as an approach, as an optimist who belives in the power of people to make a positive difference it just fits.
As an independant HR consultant I use Solutions Focussed approaches within my practice for coaching, team and organisational development.

Lovely to see you here...haven't been on the site for a while, so just catching up. Am currently enjoying the sunshine and working on some fun and interesting SF projects. Sounds busy for you. Would be good to catch up. I am only about on a friday really as working on an interim assignmet at Jaguar/Landrover at the moment. Using lots of SF and having fun. If a little manic.

Hi Sue,

Yes really must catch up soon would love to hear all about Sol conference. I am working alot at the moment in Gaydon for Jaguar/Land Rover so don't get so much time to join in with the community but I am using sf so much in the work and loving that.

I am visiting my sister this weekend in Milton Keynes to drop my daughter off then picking her up again next weekend. Are you around at all in the afternoon on Friday next week? perhaps we could have a coffee?
