- I am a global head of property for a large organisation, with a brief to consolidate and transform our workplaces into open, flexible and dynamic environments. This entails the management of significant change in approach to, and behaviour in, the workplace.
To this end I have thoroughly researched and started applying SF techniques in my role, and have spoken on the subject to the prroperty community on a number of occasions.
