What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
What fascinates me is working with people in a way that reveals what is beneath the surface – reveals the potential. Bringing such potential to life and so contribute to greater understanding and better cooperation – this is something that fills me with deep pleasure. By doing so, I more and more combine creative elements with more tradition approaches and I love it.
Professionally, I have long international track record as a coach, trainer, consultant and manager. After graduating in law from the University of Zurich, I worked internationally for over 10 years in corporate communications at global corporations. My curiousity led me to complete further in-depth courses in communication psychology, intercultural communication and conflict transformation and of course in solution-focused coaching with Peter Szabo.
Today I ran my own company and am a lecturer for intercultural management at various universities of applied sciences.
One of my passion is travelling. Other cultures inspire me and bring in new ideas into my job. I speak German, English and French.

Hi Christa, I loved your energy and your very original idea to ask a group to present themselves with drums! There is so much more than words to communicate and connect and I am very interested to explore and experiment these other ways in my own work, so yes please, let's stay in touch and share!
You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"? You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading somevoluminous books? You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
