What a wonderful community and how honoured to belong, thank you Bjorn's and Eva you are one of the shinning stars as all these comments attest. You inspired me time and again and I so admire and value your work with long term unemployed, your message lives on.
This summer I shall take more notice of the friendships and family time, the early morning dawn chorus, the fellowship swimming in open lakes with swallows dipping and diving, in yoga, when cycling appreciating all the wonderful things this planet has to offer. So thank you BJorn and Eva for your contribution and the reminder to consider what in our own small way we can positively contribute.
Full of heart felt thoughts and wishes for you both and your family on your journey and wishing everyone on this forum and around a very best ever summer in Bjorn's memory.

Dear Bjorn, when I heard of your news, I really felt sad and at the same time all the good memories came back with your tenderness and humor.

I really don't know how you are experiencing your life right now. But when I try to put myself in your situation, it is so intense!! What matters, what values, what counts, they might look very different and clear. So whenever I think of you all the life long questions echo in my mind even louder, "Is this really important in my life? Am I really appreciating what's given?" Asking these sincere questions time to time surely will make my summer best ever. Bjorn, Eva, your love is sending such a power to the other side of the globe. Thank YOU.

thank you for sharing all these thoughts! here is another lesson how to make something good out of a really sad situation from this wonderful community! all these conversations have really made me think about what makes a "best summer ever", which is really a slice of a "best life ever". surely it must be more than self-indulgence? although enjoying what I have more is definitely part of it, and creating more enjoyable moments for myself and others is also part of it. it could also mean venturing out of my comfort zone more (the story of björn on his bike in wind and rain is an inspiring image for me). and really asking myself: am I doing enough? am I giving back enough to the world? (like björn asked liselotte one day) what could I do more of in my little corner of the world? for marianne the inclusive society is an inspiring vision, what is it for me? what little steps could I take towards my vision? - more questions than answers for the moment for me, which is a good thing! thank you for this.

Last year at sol conference in Germany Bad Pyrmont, Björn was my buddy. He told me, it would be great to have the next conference in Sweden. What a great idea. We did a little coaching how this could happen. And as you all know, Björn and his friends realised the idea. I was so impressed from his power. I think, now will he and Eva need all our power. All my heart and thoughts are with you.

Hello Eva and Bjorn - I find myself in a paradox - which feels appropriate given what you are facing. The paradox? I'll be doing winter during this "best summer ever" time. So, I thought - how might I do winter in ways that connect with the call for a "best summer ever"?  And the counter-intuitive creativity began to flow ..... May these messages sustain you in your journeys - wherever they take you
