Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Often I am tethered to the computer all day long and also under pressure to meet project deadlines. After 9 hours of work in the office, I return home to my children. The chaos of straddling between work and life is very unsettling, causing me to often lose my cool and I seem to be unlearning the essence of SF principles when my 5 year old daughter does something mischievous that makes me irritated.

I feel that I should emotionally relate to my children at their level when I am home and discover my space that will create greater togetherness. What I am rationalizing when I type is my "intent". However my current actions do not match my intent. Any help using SF guiding principles for working with kids would be truly beneficial. Thanks!

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
