Hi Anton - I would love to come to Hungary but it is programme's Validation event which is the one and only thing I really couldn't give to someone else to do!! But next year I intend to be there. The background is easy to do (when you know how ;-)
I just wanted to say thank you to you and Liselotte for some inspiration you have unknowingly given me! - I have adapted your anchors and buoys exercise from the 57 activities book. I was stuck with how to get 2 new university departments to consider areas of collaboration, I read your exercise and realised I could use it slightly differently.
Islands are the key areas of expertise/ operation, Buoys in different colours are where each dept believes it has good experience and expertise and finally anchors are where, knowing what they know abut the future - they see the best areas for collaboration and partnership. These depts are geospatial depts so the marine metaphor is perfect.
Thanks again
Phil
hi, Anton, thanks for your invitation, it seems that I have tech difficulties; i thought I sent u an invitation last night; that is life; how is your kid and what is about the homesick you have mentioned in a previous mail?
Hi Anton, it was such a wonderful experience to know you a little bit more during the summer retreat. Thanks especially for your presentation about your project - it initiated many interesting discussions about "what can we do to make the world a little better".
Wish you all the best, hugs, Julia
Hi Anton I'm not sure that I had the possibility to say good by to you. Exploring Liselotte's and your work workshops at several conferences made me sure, this will be the right week for me. And I got even more. Thank you both for the wonderful engagement.
hi Anton
Doing fine. recently been looking at the classroom coaching DVD produced in Sweden that we saw in helsinki. People in cape Town are very intrigued by it. Best wishes, Svea
