- After working for 12 years in Human Resource field for large local and MNC, in Romania, I have started my own business in July 2006. Core business is individual coaching and team development. I am enrolled in Brief Coaching/Solutions Focused programme run by Peter Szabo in Switzerland, starting with February 2008. I love to be coach and people' smile and self trust are the engines for me.

Re Giorgio Nardone: I saw him in action, during a workshop and he is really great! However, not so much the people who work with him. If you want to attend any program in Arezzo, make sure he is the one actually delivering it, and not one of his colleagues - I had the chance to see two of them in action, and I was unimpressed; one of them was related to him...
