I like more and more this aspect of the film: how must an organisation be/structured, that in such a case people want and can move forward. (and it's SURELY not about putting on a sticker saying: "if the escalator is stucked, move forward yourself" ;) )
And I like this film as "selfreflexions"instrument and it helped me yesterday not to offer "help" to a client who informed me about trouble they are in but leave them time to start to walk themselfes.
