Hi David
You may want to consider asking if anyone wants the 'chair' function for the next group meeting coming up. Then they can get going on an agenda (as well as keeping time/making sure everyone has their say etc on the day). Circulating the 'chair' offers variety, don't you think?
I was thinking about what made the last group work particularly well.... having structure, as I mentioned to you before, was definately good as well as a range of different people. It would be good to have that space upstairs though.

David, thank you for this. If you ever get time, I would be really interested to hear more about your plans for starting a therapy centre in London - what structure/components etc that you envisage. Thanks again. Eileen
My 'private list'? You mean within the Solutions-L database? Don't actually have such a list. If you mean my UKASFP list, not sure if they'd ever ALL migrate to ning. So would be running in parallel forever.
Sooo . . . how to identify Solutions-L people in London. I can see how to do that within ning but what about all the non-ningers. Or should I just be patient and wait for them to turn up here.
David.
go to Groups, and click near top on Set Up Group, then follow instructions. You do need a picture for the group, which you can upload by browsing your own or online pix.
When the group is created and you are happy with the look, send an email to all the Londoners on your private list, as usual, and invite them to click on the url of the new London group. You'll probably need to run them in parallel for a while, til everyone migrates to the ning site. Cheers, Paul.
You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"? You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading somevoluminous books? You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
If you’ve just arrived at SOLWorld.org (the SOLWorld ning group), you may be looking at all the features and wondering where to start. This note might be helpful…
