Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Those of you who were at the plenary session where Quality people got together at the Cologne conference may recall that one of the things we wanted to see by the following year (now!) was progress towards the idea of SF Inside the Quality world. Marlon Helbrunn - my co-presenter at the workshop on the topic - has had an article printed in the e-magazine of the International Register of Certificated Auditors. You can see it at

What else have we achieved? Shall we get together again at Texel?

GREAT! Congratulations!
Well, I know, I should ask now "how did you manage that?". Hmmm ... should I ask that? Or are you willing to tell it without such a "formal" question? ;-)

You ask:"What else have we achieved?"

Well, as (SW-) Project Management is very much linked to QA maybe this is of interest for this group:

Josef Scherer had the chance to held some workshops about "Agiles, lösungsfokussiertes Projektmanagement mit Scrum". For example on 29.01.2009 as part of the program of the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement", see http://www.gpm-ipma.de/docs/showsite.php?menu=0104060303#hier

And I had the Chance to spot on the SF-way to work with teams within such projects, see:
http://www.scrum-breakfast.com/2009/01/scrum-breakfast-in-zrich-4-f...
And soon I will have one more chance:

Cheers,
Hans-Peter
I love the idea of Scrum breakfasts! I'd like to hear more about it when we get to Texel.

Best wishes,

Jenny

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
