Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

In  http://www.sfwork.com/jsp11/index.jsp?nnk=514 together with the critical reflections on that article under http://www.sfwork.com/jsp/index.jsp?lnk=615 the differences between AI and SF are described. Is it possible to illustrate this based on a short example?

How would it be to forget for that an abstract language and some theoretical concepts and to focus on what we may OBSERVE by using AI and SF?

I propose this scenario:

A team of about 7 persons worked hard during the last three weeks to deliver results to their customer based on a goal they agreed with the customer at the beginning of their work.
Most of the results fulfil the goal. Some are a bit different - but usable. A few points are missing or failed.
Now the team is coming together for, let's say, two hours only to reflect their work in the past three weeks and they want to find out, how they can improve their work in future. And they want to implement the improvements for the next three weeks of work.
For this reflection they engaged a coach specialized to use AI.

Now:
Supposed, a SF-coach can observe how this coach is working with the team - without knowing that this coach is doing AI.

Question:

What will the SF-coach observe as important differences compared with a "pure" SF-based coaching of the team?
