Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Dear SF-friends

We hope that you stay safe and healthy during these times. As the Coronavirus, Covid-19 and with it the dominance of „problem narrative" are spreading, we want to share possibilities for Solution Focused conversations.
  • Elfie and I are offering a „Room for Confidence“, an SF zoom online gathering, taking place weekly. The next gatherings is
    • in English on Sunday, March 22, 3-4.30pm CET - here more:
    • in German am Donnerstag, 19. März, von 18.00-19.30 CET - hier mehr:
    • It is for everyone who wants to be in a group with people talking about our preferred future (in the current situation), what’s still/already working, signs of progress and/or next steps. And to talk about a different narrative in this situation. Let’s focus on possibilities you/we have (again), act deliberately based on what you/we want and what’s already working, see the changes that happen all the time and amplify useful changes.
    • We are looking forward to seeing many of you there!
  • Marco Matera is offering a zoom room „Reducing the Distance“ On the first meeting we were Ponta-san from Japan, Marco from Italy and Elfie and I. You’ll find the next dates here: and can send Marco an email to join:
  • Andrew Gibson is offering a zoom conversation „Resilience 1" with Luc’s three questions for happiness to help you adapt and cope with crises by exploring your Resilience together. The workshop takes place on Tuesday, March 24, 11.00-12.00 GMT.
What other possibilities are there?
Let’s share and make a difference with a more hopeful way to talk.
Take care and stay safe!
We are looking forward to seeing you all soon again in person.

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
