Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Dear Solutionists from all over the world,

SOL 2009 on Texel is approaching (I’m happy with that) and preparations for SOL 2009 are making progress (happy with that too). We would like to bring you up to date. Hopefully, this will be useful to a lot of people.

To start off, there are still 9 days to go for you to turn in your proposal(s) for a workshop at SOL 2009. As you know, the final date for turning in proposals is still November 1st. Please use the proposal template and mail your proposal to us at 2009@solworld.org. More details here.

Secondly, I would like to encourage everybody who is planning to come to Texel, to go ahead and register for the conference. There may be some time left to do so, but be aware that there is a risk of overbooking.

Even more convincing, is the fact that we have arranged a special SOL-offer for accommodation with two very nice hotels, close to the conference venue. The special offer closes after December 1st, after which you will have to pay full price and risk having to look for accommodation further away from the venue, since Texel is a very popular holiday location. More information about accommodation, you will find here.

Finally, we hope you will all help us to spread the word about SOL2009 by posting the promotional widget on your websites and let us know here that you've posted it!

We are hoping that you all are looking forward to SOL on TEXEL as much as we do. Connecting to all the enthusiastic SOL-participants will make an unforgettable difference.

On behalf of the whole organising team,

Bert Garssen (chairman)
