Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

Following an update from Ning, everyone can now adjust the layout of their own pages. Go to 'My Page' and you will see that everything in the left and centre columns can now be dragged and placed - so, for example, if you want My Photos to be top and centre, you can have it! You can also adjust these items to show different numbers of photos, messages, friends etc, and show them in different ways. Enjoy exploring the possibilities.

Is there also an upgraded "alert logic" now available? In the sense to have more transaparency about what's going on within the different groups and discussions to use mailalerts and RSS alerts for BROADER areas in a simpler way?
All new postings, groups etc are listed on the front page, and you can see at a glance what's happening. I suggest an occasional visit to the site.
What I can see are only the joining of new members, the creating of new groups and discussions, but not (for example) replies to existing discussions. IMHO to show (and alert) also this would be an important improvement of ning.
I think the SOLUTION-List is much more transparent and simple...

So: let's use simple things working since a long time (= the list) instead of replacing working things by new ones...
Do feel free to keep using the list! ;-) It will be contining for the foreseeable future.
I have altered the settings so that new comments get displayed on the front page in Activity, and also so that the last 12 (rather than last 8) items get shown. Hope this helps a bit.

Jumpstart into Solution Focus

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
voluminous books?

You would appreciate to have a complete "helicopter view" on SF after the first step…
