ik ga de komende week alvast een paar oefeningen toepassen. Ben benieuwd.
De zienswijze trekt me heel erg aan. Lijkt me heel waardevol om mensen in een organisatie te coachen en hen te ondersteunen om te komen tot wat ze in wezen zijn.
Tenminste volgende zin uit het boek heeft me alvast erg getroffen.
"Be the change you want to see in your team".
ik heb me eindelijk gewaagd aan dit soort wereld.
totnogtoe heb ik me er ver van gehouden.
ben momenteel een leuk boek aan het lezen van marcus buckingham, je wellicht gekend.
