R&D goes SF...

It sounds like a title of a new videoclip. But in real life it is a challenging new task that I took on board.

Since Hoogendoorn is the world leader on innovation in the Greenhouse IT business we have a serious (in numbers and mentality...) R&D team. Yearly we spend some 15% of our turnover on R&D, comparable with some of the major pharmaceutical companies. The R&D manager deliberately reports direct to me and not to the commercial manager since it is my opinion that… Continue

It works !

The title can be read in two ways. Information Technology works and yes, SF management is paying out. Turnover and profit climbed to an alltime high! Crisis, what crisis.

SF embraced by the Management Team

In the past two months we prepared our stratey and budgets for 2009. Since we are listed on the AEX, the Amsterdam Stock Exchange we have to work with a stringent format and a lot of rules apply! Take a firm grip on the stearing wheel!

This year I decided to make a solution focused businessplan. It… Continue

SF MANAGEMENT & COACHING IN A PROFIT ORGANIZATION

I have introduced SF management in my organisation. A high Tech IT company with some 140 specialists. The goal: improve the bottom line result (profit) and have more fun! We have just finished an extensive workshop with the management team. The ball is rolling. I will keep you posted on progress.
Allways looking for CEO's and managers with experience in this field to share knowledge and experience.

Dat klopt helemaal! Ja leuk. Helaas geen limousine, maar vast wel een staande ovatie!

Leuk je dan weer te zien,
