Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations
I would like to use the case of one of my coachees to discuss the challenges I encounter. Stubbornly she tends to stick to her convictions that seem to be counterproductive. How to stay at the surface and not discuss the deeply rooted convictions? I find it hard to continue the use of interactional descriptions rather than mentalistic explanations. Do you experience this sort of dilemma's and which choices do you make?
