Thanks Liselotte, it was lovely to see you. I too hope the programme goes ahead - it looks great and deserves support. I've been spreading the brochure to people at workshops, so you never know...

Hi, well I will have to work out how to start a group, so thanks for encouragement. I will do it next wednesday.

I am not currently working with social workers but have delivered some trainings to public sector people who work in the community and hold large consultation meetings recently. I am sure there is a forum that would be useful for those of us working at times in the not for profit sector. Nikki Buckingham and I had some useful exchanges yesterday as we found some similar activities and experiences with public sector staff, often over stretched, front line, in your face problems, feeling under valued, hemmed in with legislation and imposed restraints and requirements, dealing with very difffcult and at times distressing situations.
Sound familiar?

I too enjoyed Lorenn's article but what was the other reference materials? Did you collect from Koln? Is it in German?

have a good weekend
Thanks for your reply

Hi Liselotte

Would love o hear how you are using any new ideas re social workers. Would you be interested in joining a group on working with Public sector and non profits? Sometimes our language and experiences are different although obviously learning is wonderful and transfers beautifully.

Hi there Liselotte,
an old picture but suddenly It seems to fit my latest look! Anyway I have had a lot of use of your reseliance workshop. the headlines Acceptance, strenghts, meaning and steps(or whatever there were) is very easy to work with in tranings as well as in group coaching. My best respect and interests for your work!
