Since I've started working with SF, have had the idea SF should be extremly suitable for strategy and R&D also, finding unconventional solutions. The miracle question and even more so, the question of 'what else...' a powerful generators of a creative process. Great read that got the R&D-guys to 'dream' together! Congrats!
