Sharing and building Solution Focused practice in organisations

I've just translated an article that I've wrote for the Danish Ministry of Education into English. It's about a project involving teachers and their teaching and learning environments in general regarding working with innovation in the field of education.

The article is based on interviews I did with a project group I facilitated during this project. I have added some reflective questions and some exercises too.

Although the main audience in the article are teachers from first grade public schools to college and university students I think there are some inspiration in it for those of us working with SF-training and teams over a longer period of time.

You can download the article here.

Hi Barbara
You should look at Sue Young’s excellent book about SF and bullying in schools:

Good Afternoon Jesper.

I really like the title of thos article, although I couldn't download it.

Have you done any work with schools children on the theme of dealing with bullying?

Kind regards

Barbara
