Where are you based? (City & Country)
Malmo, Sweden
In which role(s) do you use SF ideas and tools? (You can pick more than one)
Consultant, Trainer, Other
What is your connection to Solution Focused Work (based on Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer at BFTC Milwaukee and others)?
I´m a family therapist and solution focused consultant in the area of team development and management. I also supervise and train professionals in improving their skills and goal orientation in their daily work.

In the theraputic field I use the solution focused method combined with, or rather with focus on, some specific systemic ideas.

My main interests are concerned with how we can help people to change in a way they want and experience the diffrence it makes to be in charge of their own change. I tend to be very contextual and thus focus on how the relations change as the client progresses towards their own future perfect.

I love the not knowing position and I always strive to be even more so, since I´ve found that it is not only beneficial for my clients but also for me. I find myself leaning back, watching the process as it evolves as a result of the conversation.

Even though we did not meet this time I´m sure our paths will cross soon! Fagersta was great, and I´m pretty sure they owe you and Eva alot for being so skilled in doing SF work on all levels.

We would have loved to do a work shop, but for reasons beyond our control we still don´t have enough material to make a good work shop. The theories are great but the practice is limited! We will be back.. :o)

So many people missed you at SOL2008 in Cologne! I was expecting you to give a workshop since your work with Rob sounded like a successful one.

Hi Per,

you surely know that this year SOL LAB is going to be in Lithuania. Will I have a chance to meet you there?

You want to learn more about "Solution Focus"?

You prefer a "step by step" introduction instead to start with reading some
