Working p/t as a 'Professional support facilitator' in an NHS Trust, teaching peer supervision, miscellaneous soft skills training of staff, team building, individual coaching, etc - all with a solutions focus. Also doing similar work as a freelance consultant/supervisor/trainer. Founder member of UKASFP and still an enthusiastic member.

Hi Carole,Thanks for your comments, very interesting. At the first of a set of 6 AL sets I intend to get them familiar with SF questionning by first introducing exercises that emphasise the importance of listening. I participated in a 'what do you want to think about?' exercise at Mark McKergow's SF training which was simple, practical and very effective in getting the message across. I am currently designing and facilitating a leadership programmefor ward sisters. My next workshop is introducing the concept of action learning using a SF approach. How have you used SF in groups for clinical supervision?
