Just noticed my typo - but what a wonderful name for a social networking site that would be JOINGIN.

Hello SF coaches - I look forward to joingin in with some of the discussions here. I work in Manchester UK - organisational change and development including coaching and have just completed the SF professional course with Mark and Jenny.

Hi Elta
I hope the group can help.
I don't know about 'blindspots', but you certainly appear aware of what you want here - which is about communicating clearly with some coachees about 'boundaries'.
What is it that you want to communicate exactly? And how would you know that they had 'got it'?
Incidentally, it might be worth you moving this question from the Comment wall into the Discussion Forum.
Cheers, Paul Z.

I wonder if this group can help me. I find that I find it difficult to communicate clearly with some coachees about 'boundaries'. Could it be that I am unaware of my own 'blindspot'?

Hi everybody,
Nice to see you all in this coaching group.
Since I am a coach myself and a solution focused coaching and mediation trainer, I think this group fits like a glove.
Best,
Fredrike Bannink
