Busting the Mehrabian Myth
Found this video. Quiet interesting aspect.

PS: it still proves (to me) that in a coaching situation words mean more than non-verbal communication.
Corrected: What I really mean is that in a coaching session non-verbal communication means the same and sometimes more than words. Sorry just see that now....
